摘　　要：本文阐述了护士职业生涯管理的概念及相关理论、护士职业生涯测量工具的研究现状、国内外护士职业生涯管理的现状及影响因素等,指出了当前我国护士职业生涯管理研究的不足及今后努力的方向。建议改变教学方法,增加针对性的相关理论培训和辅导,完善相关评价量表等。This paper expounded the concepts, related theory, and the current research status of nurse occupational career management, and the status quo and influencing factors among domestic and aboard nurses＇ occupational career management. This paper pointed out the current deficience and striving direction of nurse occupational career management research in China, and suggested that we should change the teaching methods of nurse occupational career management, increase the relevant theory of training and guidance, and perfect the relevant evaluation questionnaire, etc.
