摘  要:针对中医内科学临床见习课程中发现的中医临床思维教学问题进行初步探讨。在中医内科临床教学中,应明确症、证和病的概念与关系,帮助学生建立辨病与辨证相结合的临床思维,使学生正确认识中医内科教材中病证的概念,明确基本病机是病证之间相互区别的关键要素,重视病机在中医诊断中的地位。To make primary discussion of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) clinical thought teaching problems in internal medical noviciate of TCM internal medicine.In clinical teaching of TCM internal medicine noviciate, the teacher should make explicit concepts and correlations among symptoms, syndromes and diseases, thus to help students to establish combination clinical thought of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, to understand the concepts of diseases and syndromes in TCM internal medicine textbook, to make clear of the key distinction between disease and syndrome is pathogenesis and to pay attention to the significance of pathogenesis in TCM diagnosis.
