摘  要:管理学知识是培养和提升大学生个人素质的重要基础。现有管理学教学在授课方式、学习方式及最终成效方面存在不足,可结合电影情境理论加以补充改进。电影情境具有更强大的信息说明能力、更多元的交流机制和对现实及管理情境的再创造能力,契合着管理学知识和能力的培养提升过程。基于电影情境的管理学教学应重视电影素材资源的前期整理准备工作,教学过程中还需要综合权衡各种影响因素,并遵循知识创造和管理的SECI模型,基于社会化、表象化、组合化和内在化等四个过程提升教学效果。The management knowledge is an important basis for the training and promotion of the university student's quality. The management teaching methods now have lots of deficiencies in teaching styles, learning styles and teaching effects, which can be improved by applying film situational theory in the teaching. Film situation has more powerful abilities to convey information, provide multi communication channels, and re - create the situation of reality and management, which is suitable for the training and promotion process of management. Based on the film situational theory, in order to achieve better teaching effectiveness, the teaching of management should sort out the interrelated film resource, balance all factors during the teaching, and follow the SECI model of knowledge cre- ation and management, which includes socialization, externalization, combination and internalization.
