摘 要:本文通过对广州12区市义务教育教师绩效工资政策状况的调研,发现教师绩效工资制度是混合工资制度,实施以来促进了教师待遇改善、缩小了与公务员待遇的差距,但也存在拉大教师待遇的区域差距、校际差距,未能有效激发教师工作满意度和积极性等问题,并在分析教师激励因素基础上提出了相应改进对策,以期提高绩效工资政策实效。Through the comparative survey of 12 districts in Guangzhou, this paper analyses the positive influence and problems of teachers’ performance pay policy.This policy helps to narrow the gap between teachers and the civil servants, meanwhile, it also widens the gap among different areas and schools and fails to effectively stimulate the teachers ’ job satisfaction and enthusiasm.The paper offers some advice to government and compulsory schools on how to improve performance and obtain higher efficiency of this policy.
