摘  要:学习资源的建设与整合对高校干部教育培训工作有着巨大推动作用,学习资源按照层层被支持的关系可以包括素材性资源、实体性资源、条件性资源以及制度性资源。以素材性资源作为培训的本质,以实体性资源作为培训的基础,以条件性资源作为培训的保障,以制度性资源作为培训的最终推动力量。各种资源的整合对提高高校干部培训的学习动机,提升学习的针对性和实效性将起到积极作用。The construction and integration of learning resources have a huge effect on the training and education of the college cadres. In accordance with the relation of layers supported by each other, learning resources can be divided into material resources, substantive resources, conditionla resources and institutional resources. With material resources serving as the nature of training, substantive resources as the basis of training, conditional resources as the guarantee of training, and institutional resources as the final driving force for training, the integration of various resources will have a great impact on the improvement of the learning motivation, pertinence as well as the effectiveness for the college cadres.
