摘　　要：当前,全面推进以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为核心的素质教育是我国教育课程改革的一个重要目标,培养面向现代工业企业生产第一线具备创造性思维的学生,是现代技工教育的重要任务和主要课题。通过培养学生创造性思维的实践研究,构建了培养学生创造性思维的教学模式,发展了学生的创新精神和实践能力。At present, an important goal of education curriculum reform in our country is to promote the quality-oriented education whose core is to cultivate students＇ innovative spirit and practice ability. Training students with creative thinking who can meet the needs of the first line of modern industrial enterprise production of is the important task and the main subject of modern technical education. Through the research about practice of training students＇ creative thinking, the teaching mode to cultivate students’creative thinking is set up, and the students＇ innovation spirit and practice ability are developed.
