摘  要:我国进入老龄化社会以来,呈现出老年人口基数大、增速快、高龄化、失能化、空巢化趋势。为满足老年人群对健康医疗的需求,迫切需要培养更多、更全面的老年医学专业医师。但是,目前的老年医学专业研究生培养方法有所欠缺,一定程度上限制了学生毕业后在较短时间内成为优秀老年医学专业医师的可能性。因此,有必要改进研究生培养方法,如采用系统教学法、取长补短法和以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)等,使老年医学专业研究生在走向工作岗位前掌握扎实的理论和实践知识,为其医师职业发展奠定坚实基础。Since China enters the aging society, there are several apparent trends, such as large elderly population base, rapid growth, aging, dysfunctional and"empty nest". These phenomenon leads to a huge economic and social burden for our country and individuals. To meet the health demand of elderly population, our society urgently needs more professional and more comprehensive geriatricians. However, the current education methods, to some extent, limit the possibility of the graduates becoming a good geriatric medicine physician in relatively short period. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the geriatrics education methods. Systematic learning method, mutual complementarily method and Problem-based Learning (PBL) method can be used to help geriatrics graduate students master the theoretical knowledge and practical skills before working and lay a solid founding for becoming a good geriatric medicine physician in relatively short period.
