基于社区管理视野下高职学生教育管理策略研究

摘　　要：随着高职院校人才培养模式的变革和高校后勤社会化改革的深化,高职院校的学生教育管理面临新的挑战与机遇。在高职学生教育管理中引进社区管理理念,分析了社区管理在高职学生教育管理中的意义,对高职学生教育管理中引进社区管理的策略进行了探讨。With the transformation of the pattern of vocational education and the deepening of the reform of college logistics socializa-tion,educational management of vocational students faces new challenges and opportunities. This paper introduces the concept of commu？nity management into the management of students in vocational education,analyzes the significance of community management on the management of students in vocational education,and also explores the strategy of introducing community management into the educational management of vocational students.
