摘　　要：在我国,学科服务只在部分高校和科研机构有较好的实施,学科馆员发展中还存在着地区差异及不平衡的现象。因此,应用型本科院校图书馆要明确学科服务定位,掌握用户的需求和资源现状,构建学科服务分层服务体系。分层服务体系的构建,不仅满足了各层次师生读者的服务需求,还可以为地方中小企业提供服务,增进校企合作,促进成果转化,进一步推动应用型本科院校"产学研"的发展。In China, library in application-oriented university should have clear discipline service ref-erence, master users needs and resources situation, and build discipline service system. The service systemconstruction can not only satisfy all requirements of readers, but also can provide service for local minor en-terprises, which of course enhance school-enterprise cooperation, promote achivement conversion, and fur-therly push forward the development of production ,teaching and research in the local application-oritenteduniversity.
