香港学前教育体制下的幼儿体育

摘　　要：采用田野调查法探讨香港幼儿园校长、主任和教师对幼儿身体活动的关注程度,了解他们对活动环境配套和带领身体活动的自我效能评价。研究发现:香港学前教育课程设计对幼儿身体活动的关注程度不足;教师带领身体活动的自我效能评价普遍偏低;而且幼儿园的活动环境不配套,不利于幼儿身体活动的执行。不断重视幼儿体育应该是香港学前教育的未来导向。With the research methods of field investigation, the paper discusses the concerns of kindergarten presidents, directors and teachers in Hongkong on children＇s physical activities and their self efficiency evaluation on activity environ- ment and physical activity. The paper reveals that the pre-school curricular design lacks concern on the children＇s physical activity and teachers＇ self efficiency of leading physical activity is low and the kindergarten＇s environment is not suitable for children＇s activity. Children sport is the future tendency for the development of pre-school education in Hongkong.
