摘　　要：现代雷达中配备了上万个功能模块组成阵列,给自动化微组装大规模制造精密的电子组件带来了机遇。中国电科38所在引进自动化微组装生产线后,从遇到的实际问题中获得了一些经验:雷达精密电子自动化制造需要工艺师与设计人员更多的沟通和合作;设备维护需要专机专人负责;物料采购需要满足自动化制造的需求。Modern radar is equipped with an array of tens of thousands of functional modules, which gives micro-assembly automation opportunity to large-scale manufacturing of sophisticated electronic components. CETC38 gained some experience from practical problems encountered from the micro assembly automation： radar precision electronics manufacturing automation needs engineers and designers to more discussion and cooperation; precision equipment maintenance need dedicated person maintained; procurement of materials meet the needs of automation manufacturing.
