摘　　要：临床决策贯穿于医疗活动整个过程,临床决策正确与否决定了患者诊疗过程的成败。临床决策受诸多因素影响,其中医患沟通是重要因素之一。良好的医患沟通,可以使医生获得完整、准确和客观的患者信息,为医生做出正确的临床决策提供重要的依据;良好的医患沟通,还可以使患者很好地配合医生实施临床决策,以达到最佳的诊疗效果。因而,医患沟通是做好临床决策的重要基础。临床医生应重视自身素养、职业态度与医德、专业知识、沟通技巧、人文学知识、患者心理等方面的培养、学习与训练,以提高医患沟通水平,为做出正确的临床决策并得以快捷、有效地实施提供保证。Clinical decision‐making throughout the entire process of medical activities .Wether or not the clinical decision is successful would decide if the patient care process is proper .Clinical decision‐making is affected by many factors ,and doctor‐patient communication is one of the important factors .Good doctor‐patient communication can make doctors obtain complete ,accurate and objective patient information ,provide an important basis by making the correct clinical decisions;good doctor‐patient communication can help patients coordinating doctors and achieve the best clinical results . Thus , doctor‐patient communication is an important basis for good clinical decision‐making .Clinicians should pay attention to learning and training of their literacy ,vocational attitude and ethics ,professional knowledge ,communication skills , humanities knowledge , patients＇ psychology and other aspects , in order to improve the level of doctor‐patient communication ,and make the right ,quick and effective decisions .
