摘  要:随着高等教育的发展,在成人院校的在校生人数逐年增加的态势下,成人教育教师人数却逐渐减少。成人教育有别于普通全日制教学教育,其教育对象大多是具有完整世界观的成年人,他们接受成人教育的目的既有接受系统化知识教育取得学历、学位,又有增长专项技能获取专业资格证书。本文在分析总结了成人教育的特殊性的基础上,阐述了成人教育的教师队伍专业素养培养的重要性,以成人教师教育者功能定位视角提出了构建成人教育的教师队伍培养机制,以适应新形势下成人教育改革的需求。With the development of higher vocational education, under the condition that the number of adult college students is growing for years, the number of teachers is declining at the same time. Adults education is different from the ordinary full - time education, most of people to be educated are adults who have complete view of the world, their purpose is to learn systematically to graduate and acquire degrees as well as increase their specialized skills to obtain qualifications. This paper analyzes and concludes the uniqueness of adults education and expounds the importance of the training of teach- ers specialty of adults education. It brings up the mechanism of building the specialized teaching re- source of adults education from the point of view of educators' functionality positioning to accommodate the need of teachers in the new trend.
