摘　　要：当前网络使得高校思想政治教育呈现出机遇和挑战并存的局面。面对网络环境,高校思想政治教育者需要加强网络传播的研究,而哈罗德·拉斯韦尔的"5W"理论从信息收集、内容分析、传播渠道到传播效果等形成有效的系统体系,为思想政治教育者在复杂多变的网络空间主动掌握舆论引导,创新高校网络思想政治教育提供了有效的理论支撑。The current development of networks present a state of opportunities with challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Facing the network environment, ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should strengthen the study on the network communication. The ＂5W＂ theory, proposed by Harold Lasswell, has formed an effective system through the information collection, information content, communication channels and communication effects. It provides an effective theoretical support for ideological and political educators to take an initiative guidance on the public opinion and innovate network ideological and political education in colla^es and universities.
