拉康镜像理论下福克纳短篇小说父权影响探析

摘　　要：威廉·福克纳是美国现代著名小说家,他的短篇小说精炼又不失深度,揭露了美国南方父权制的横行和旧传统的没落。文章运用拉康镜像理论,重点分析其短篇小说代表作《烧马棚》和《献给爱米丽的一朵玫瑰花》中专横暴戾、冷酷无情的父亲形象,探析父权专制主义对成长的影响,通过描绘畸形的父亲和子女的关系,揭露暴君式父权影响下孩子内心的分裂和人性的异化,道出父权影响的罪恶性和毁灭性。William Faulkner is a famous American modem novelist, whose short stories are refined and profound, exposing the infestation of patriarchy and the decline of old traditions in American South. Base on Lacan＇s mirror theory, this paper focuses on the tyranny, cruel and ruthless father images in short stories ＂Barn Burning＂ and ＂A Rose for Emily＂, analyzes the patriarchal influences on growth. By depicting freakish relationship between father and children, exposes mental split and human nature alienation under the influence of ty- rannical patriarchy, thus revealing the evil and destruction of patriarchal influence.
