摘  要:为考察有效面积法、流阻法在燃烧室流量分配设计中的适用性,分别采用2种方法完成了某环形燃烧室流量分配计算,并采用数值模拟的方法进行了对比分析,以试验手段验证了其可靠性。结果表明:有效面积法及流阻法理论计算简化条件基本可以得到满足,计算精度相当。采用有效面积法得到主燃孔进气量为32.54%,低于实际值3.12%,得到掺混孔进气量为20.43%,高于实际值0.3%;采用流阻法得到主燃孔进气量为35.11%,低于实际值0.55%,得到掺混孔进气量为17.32%,低于实际值2.81%。2种方法大孔总进气量均低于实际值约3%。数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,可用于燃烧室流量分配的精确计算。In order to investigate the applicability of the effective area method and the flow resistance mothed in the design of combustor flow distribution,the two methods are applied to calculate the flow distribution of an annular combustor. The comparative analysis was conducted using numerical simulation and its reliability was verified by experiment. The results indicate that the simplify conditions of the effective area method and the flow resistance method can be met, the precisions of the two methods are basically considerable. The flow rate of primary holes is 32.54% of effective area method, lower than the actual value of 3.12%, dilution holes is 20.43%, higher than the actual of 0.3%; The flow rate of primary holes is 35.11% of effective area method, lower than the actual value of 0.55%, dilution holes is 17.32%, lower than the actual of 2.81%. Total flow rate of the two methods are lower than the actual value of about 3%. The simulation results are agree with experimental values very well, which can be used for accurate calculation of flow distribution in combustor.
