德国双元制高等教育体系研究

摘　　要：在德国,双元制高等教育具备了相当的规模,孕育了不同的课程类型和办学模式,形成了完整的体系,成为继双元制职业教育后又一成功的典范。双元制高等教育体系包括大学理论学习和职业教育相互融合(ausbildungsintegrierend)、大学理论学习和企业实践相互融合(praxisintegrierend)、大学理论学习和职业相互融合(berufsintegrierend)、大学理论学习和职业伴随(berufsbegleitend)这四种课程类型,可以归结为巴登符腾堡模式、北威模式和巴伐利亚模式。As another successful model as the dual system of vocational education, the Germany dual system of higher education has been developing into a full system in a sub- stantial scale, with different types of courses and different modes of school-running. The du- al system of higher education includes four types of courses, i.e. the integration of university study and vocational education, the integration of university study and practice in enter- prise, the integration of university study and vocation, and the in-service education, also the three modes, i.e. Baden-Wurttemberg mode, North Rhine-Westphalia mode and Bay- ern mode.
