摘　　要：本文结合市政工程技术专业人才培养方案制定,提出了对新形势下高职高专人才培养模式的创新以及以典型工作任务提取岗位核心能力来构建新的课程体系的几点看法,仅供同行参考。Combined with the training program development of municipal engineering technical specialty, this paper puts forward some views on the innovation of vocational talent training model under new situation as well as the new curriculum system construction through extracting post core competencies by typical tasks, to provide reference for peers.
