摘　　要：小规模士官职业技术教育是军队院校职业技术教育的重要组成部分,分析了小规模士官职业技术教育的特点,详细论述了导师制教学流程及各个教学环节中的具体事项,并将导师制教学应用于《XX测试设备维修》课程,并取得了较好的教学效果。Small-scale sergeant vocational and technical education is an important part of the military academy vocational and technical education. This paper analyzes the characteristics of small-scale sergeant vocational and technical education. The tutor system and the specific matters in various teaching links are described in detail, and the tutor system is applied to the course XX Test Equipment Maintenance and good teaching effect has been achieved.
