摘　　要：高质量的教学资源是构建开放大学教学体系的重要因素,也是远程教育教学质量得到保障的基础与支柱。只有通过对具体课程资源建设与利用情况的分析,才能明晰教学资源存在的利用率不高的问题。不同层次的学习者对学习资源的需求是不同的,作为开放大学的教师,应充分利用现有的信息技术,注重课程教学资源创新的方法和模式。High quality teaching resources are significant support of constructing teaching system of Open University. Based on the analysis of the specific situation of development and utilization of curriculum resources, the problem of the insufficient utilization of the teaching resources emerges. Open University teachers are aware that by making use of current information technology, the methods and models should be innovated to cater to the needs of different levels of students.
