摘 要:为了高效利用石榴籽,采用超声、加压、回流、超声―加压、超声―回流等方法对石榴籽中油脂类成分进行提取,考察提取方法对油脂成分提取率的影响,并对不同提取方法下的石榴籽提取物得率随时间变化的规律进行研究。结果表明:5种方法提取率由大到小的顺序为:超声―加压,加压,超声―回流,回流,超声;其中超声、加压、回流的提取过程符合提取动力学方程1–2/3α–(1–α)2/3=kt,超声―回流、超声―加压的提取过程符合提取动力学方程t/Ct=t/Cs+1/k Cs2。In order to efficiently utilize pomegranate seed,ultrasonic extraction,pressure extraction,reflux extraction,ultrasound–pressure extraction and ultrasound–reflux extraction were used to extract pomegranate seed. The extraction yields with five methods were compared,and the relationships of extraction yield with time were studied,respectively. The results showed that extraction yield of ultrasound–pressure extraction was the highest,then pressure extraction,ultrasound–reflux extraction,reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction followed. Extraction process of ultrasonic extraction,pressure extraction and reflux extraction could be described by equation 1–2/3α –(1–α)^2/3=kt,and the process of ultrasound–pressure extraction and ultrasound–reflux extraction fit t/Ct=t/Cs+1/k Cs^2.
