试论我国当代继续教育的几种发展态势

摘　　要：本文主要根据继续教育办学经历和有关数据,从学历继续教育和非学历继续教育两个方面的多个层次,对当代继续教育的发展态势进行了综合性的分析研究。认为,当代学历继续教育和非学历继续教育都是呈健康发展的社会教育态势,尤其是非学历继续教育发展较快,得到了各级政府和教育部门的重视与支持。同时,本文对全国成人高考、高等成人学历教育的过程环节规范管理、中小学教师培训中参训学员专业对口和培训师资选择管理等三个方面的问题,提出了不同看法与建议。Based on the experiences of continuing education and some relevant data, this paper gives a comprehensive study of the developing trends of contemporary continuing education from dif- ferent levels of the two aspects of academic and non - academic continuing education, thinks that both academic and non - academic continuing education are in sound development trend of social education, among which the latter develops very fast and gets the concern and support of the govern- ment and education sectors at all levels. The author also puts forward some suggestions to some rele- vant problems in the development of continuing education.
