摘  要:本文以参加泉州某企业举办的体育文化节员工为调查对象,通过企业体育文化节中介变量,探讨员工在参与后对企业组织承诺与个人工作绩效影响情况。结果显示:员工参与体育文化节后,对组织承诺和工作绩效具有显著提高;员工组织承诺和工作绩效具有显著正相关;不同性别和婚姻状况的员工在总体组织承诺及三维度都未达到显著性差异。而不同年龄阶段、服务年限、职务的员工在总体组织承诺及三维度认知上均存在显著性差异。This paper, to participate in an enterprise organized the sports culture festival staff as investigation object, through corporate sports festival mediating variables, explores employee commitment and participation in the impact of the situation on individual job performance organization. The results show: after employee participation in sports and cultural holiday, organizational commitment and job performance have improved significantly;organizational commitment and job performance has a significant positive correlation; employees of different gender and marital status in the overall organizational commitment and three dimensions do not reach significance differences. The different age, length of service, staff duties are significant differences in the overall three-dimensional degree of organizational commitment and awareness.
