摘  要:目的对杭州市4所三级综合医院护士工作授能现状及影响因素进行研究,为改善其工作环境提高工作效率提供依据。方法采用中文版工作授能量表对杭州市4所三级综合医院716名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士的工作授能总分为(16.47±3.69)分;职称、用工性质、月收入是影响护士工作授能的重要因素。结论杭州市4所三级综合医院护士工作授能水平中等偏低,护理管理者应根据护士的职称、用工性质、月收入,创建有利于授能性工作环境的组织支持措施,提高护理管理效能。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of work empowerment of nurses in 3 A - level hospitals in Hangzhou, and to provide references for nurse managers to improve nurses'work environment and efficiency. Methods Totally,716 nurses from four 3A - level hospitals in Hangzhou were investigated with Conditions of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire. Results The score of work empowerment of nurses was ( 16.47 ± 3.69 ). Multiple regression analysis showed that professional title, employment nature and monthly income were the factors influencing nurses'work empowennent. Conclusion Nurses'work empowerment in 3A - level hospitals in Hangzhou is at a moderate level and below. Nursing managers should establish structural empowerment to improve nursing management efficiency according to nurses" professional title, employment nature and monthly income.
