摘　　要：为了了解深圳市宝安区民办教育发展的现状,本文采用如文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等多种研究方法。在文献阅读的基础上,编制了相关的问卷和访谈提纲,较为全面地收集了相关的数据,详实地分析了当宝安区民办教育的整体发展态势。从研究的结果来看,至今宝安区的民办教育已取得了较大的成效,具体表现为民办教育规模稳定发展、教师队伍整体质量不断提高、学校教育教学质量逐步提高等,为宝安区的教育事业做出了巨大的贡献。In order to know the present situation of private education development in Shenzhen Baoan District, this paper adopts many research methods, such as literature method, questionnaire survey method and interview method. Based on literature review, with detailed data collected from questionnaires and interviews, this paper deeply analyzes the overall development of private education in Baoan district. According to analysis results, we find that private education in Baoan district has achieved great progresses and contributed a lot to Baoan education cause in terms of the development size of the private education, the levels of teaching staff and the quality of teaching.
