摘　　要：在劳动力红利逐渐衰退在中国已经是一个不争的事实,整个国民经济都将受此影响。高等职业教育作为中低端人力资本加工者,也将会迎来较为严重的危机;如何避免认识上的错误,找准自身定位,从危机中看到契机,对高等职业教育未来的发展方向上做出准确的的判断,是所有高等职业院校生存和壮大的前提。It is an indisputable fact that China national economy has been affected because of the decrease of labor bonuses, which may also lead to serious crises to China higher vocational education who is regarded as the cultivators of the low-and-middle human resources. Therefore, China higher vocational education needs to avoid wrong recognitions, locate itself appropriately, find some good opportunities from the crises and make right judgments on choosing the future development paths, which is considered to be crucial foundation of the survival and development for all the higher vocational colleges.
