摘  要:依据知识密集型企业的员工问卷样本数据,考量组织内信任、员工敬业度和工作绩效间的关系。结果表明,组织内信任的各维度之间存在着潜在的逻辑递进关系;同事信任、组织信任通过工作敬业度正向影响任务绩效;领导信任影响组织信任并通过工作敬业度和组织敬业度间接对员工工作绩效产生影响;同事信任直接对关系绩效产生显著的影响。Using a sample of 227 employees from knowledge intensive enterprises, this paper studies how trust within the organization affects employee engagement and job performance. Re- sults show that, there is a potential progressive relationship among the dimensions of trust within the organization. Trusts in colleagues and organization have positive effects on risk performance through work engagement. Trust in leadership promotes trust in organization and the latter af- fects employee's performance indirectly with the mediating roles by work engagement and organi- zation engagement. Trust in colleagues has a significantly positive effect on contextual perform- ance.
