摘　　要：目前,教育部已正式启动实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划",促进我国向工程教育强国迈进。高校工程教育离不开实践教学环节,文章从"卓越工程师教育培养计划"实施的角度探讨了其对高校实践教学与管理方面的新要求。Ministry of Education has officially launehed the im- plementation of ＂Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers＂ for powerfully promoting engineering edueation. In college, engineering education is inseparable from practice teaching, so the article has discussed new requirements related to college practice teaching and management for the good imple- mentation of ＂Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engi- neers＂.
