依法治校视域下的职技师范大学章程建设特色探讨——以天津职业技术师范大学为例

摘　　要：以天津职业技术师范大学为例,从大学章程的制定历程、制定原则及制定内容出发,总结了天津职业技术师范大学章程的基本特色。文章指出了建立中国特色现代大学制度是高等教育现代化的关键,大学章程建设对建设现代大学制度具有重大意义。制定完善的大学章程,应体现大学精神、大学使命和自身办学特色。Taking the University of Tianjin vocational and Technical Normal University as an example, the basic features of the University of Tianjin are summarized from its process, formulation principle and content. The establishment of modem university system with Chinese characteristics is pointed out, which is the key to the modernization of higher education, and the university charter is of great significance to the construction of modem university system.To formulate and improve the u- niversity regulations, the university spirit, the mission and the characteristics of its own school should be reflected.
