摘　　要：由高职院校人才培养目标决定了高职院校学生教育管理必须体现其本身的特色。对于建筑类高职院校,基于建筑施工现场职业标准的"双员制"学生教育管理模式,就是其重要的特色之一。通过三年不同时期的"双员制"培养教育,使学生提前适应企业环境,为实现"五个对接"打下良好的基础。The talent cultivation goal of higher vocational colleges decides the student education and management must reflect its own characteristics. For construction higher vocational colleges, the double identity student management mode based on the professional standard of construction site is one of its important features. Through ＂double identity＂ cultivation education in different periods of the three years, it lets students adapt to the enterprise environment in advance, in order to lay a good foundation to realize ＂five docking＂.
