摘  要:通过调研获得了国内高职院校开展校院(系)二级目标管理的基本情况;基于平衡计分卡选取了高职校院(系)二级目标管理关键绩效考核指标,采用层次分析法,结合调研和专家打分法,确定了各指标权重和评价标准;通过典型案例验证了评价标准,为高职校院(系)二级目标管理提供了可供参考的KPI考核指标框架。The basic domestic status of secondary objectives management of schools or departments in vocational col-leges was found out by an investigation;KPI framework of secondary objectives management of schools or depart-ments is selected on the basis of BSC;The index weight and evaluation standard is determined by the analytic hier-archy process ( AHP ) in combination with the survey and expert scoring;The evaluation standard is checked through the empirical cases.The KPI framework of evaluation is offered for reference of secondary objectives man-agement of schools or departments in vocational colleges under certain circumstances.
