摘　　要：在大学生中培育和践行社会主义核心价值观是国家的一项重大决策。高职院校在整个高等教育中承担着为国家输送技术型人才的重任,高职生的素质关系着国家经济社会的发展。新形势下在高职生中培育和践行社会主义核心价值观意义重大,任务艰巨,需要各方面共同努力。高职院校学生管理是培育学生社会主义核心价值观的重要平台,必须充分发挥其在社会主义核心价值观培育中的作用。高职院校在学生管理中要以社会主义核心价值观为指导,优化管理,完善服务,在日常管理中加强对学生的价值引导,在潜移默化的管理中强化学生对社会主义核心价值观的认同。Fostering and practicing the Socialist Core Values among college students is an important policy of the State.Vocational colleges bear the responsibility of conveying technical talents for the country in higher education sys-tem.The quality of vocational college students is related to national economic and social development.The cultivation and practice of the Socialist Core Values among vocational college students under the new situation is a significant and difficult task requiring common efforts.Because student management in vocational colleges is an important platform for cultivating college students ’ Socialist Core Values,we must fully play its role in the cultivation of Socialist Core Val-ues.The management of students in higher vocational colleges should be guided by the Socialist Core Values.We should perfect the management and improve the service,enhance the value guiding for the students in the daily man-agement,strengthen students’ recognition of the Socialist Core Values in the subtle management.
