摘  要:五年制高职商务类专业是面向市场、面向社会最为务实的专业之一,对应的职业岗位群更加注重谈判与沟通的操作应用能力。《商务谈判与沟通》课程是专业大类的必修课,独具特性。翻转课堂可引导学生透过现象看本质,思考问题背后的问题,触发学习的兴趣,继而训练他们分析与解决问题的能力,营造良好的环境,增加师生、生生互动交流的活动,寻找实现教学深度融合的切入点。The five-year higher vocational Business specialty is one of the specialties with close market and social orientation, which focuses more on negotiation and communication abilities. The curriculum of Business Negotiation and Communication is a compulsory course with special features. The flipped classroom can guide the students to see through the appearance to the essence, think behind the problem, trigger interests in learning, train their analysis and problem solving abilities, create a good learning environment, increase teacher -student interaction and student -student interaction, thus find the entry point for in-depth integration of teaching.
