旴江名医李元馨耳鼻喉科临证特色探析

摘　　要：当代著名旴江医家李元馨,治学勤勉,工于临床,通晓诸科,擅治耳鼻喉科病症。李氏辨治耳鼻喉科病症颇具特色,观其医案理法方药详备,处方用药灵动,既精于经方应用又善于创立新方,临证多用家传验方及涂敷、吹药、搽抹等简便效捷的外治法,对后学有着重要的启示和指导意义。Abstar ct：The Xujiang＆#39;famous contemporary doctor LI Yuan-xin did research assiduously ,specialized in clinical, had a good knowl-edge of many subjects and was expert in treating the ENT diseases.He was featured in the treatment and recognizing of the ENT disea-ses, medical cases with detailed and relationally complete physiology and pathology, therapy, prescription and medication and flexible application to medicine.LI Yuan-xin was not only adept at the utilization of classical prescription,but also keen on seting up new pre-scription.In clinical, he usually applied to the ancestral effective prescription and the simple and rapid fractional external treatment such as besmearing drugs, insufflating medicinal powder and wiping medicine.Its formed unique clinical stytle still has had vital signifi-cance in enlightenment and guidance on the following researcheres so far.
