摘　　要：论述了党的建设制度改革与现代大学制度之间的关系,认为深化党的建设制度改革对于实现高校科学发展,提升高校党建科学化水平,办好人民满意的高等教育,具有重要意义。The relationship between the reform of Party building system and modern university system are discussed. It censiders that, deepening the reform of Party building system has important significance for the realization of scientific development, for improving the scientific level of Party construction in colleges and universities, and doing a good job in people＇s satisfaction of higher education.
