摘 要:为筛选菌糠高效利用途径,将出菇3潮的秋栽6号香菇菌糠用EM菌液进行堆肥发酵处理后水浸提取,采用沙培法研究该提取物对黄瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:菌糠经EM菌液发酵后,4种不同处理提取液对种子活力、根系发育及部分形态指标均有促进作用,其中以E3处理综合效果最为显著;E4处理对黄瓜侧根的形成作用明显.In order to screen out high-efficiency using method of WMFC((Waste Material from Fungal Culture),which was fermented by EM(effeetive microorganisms). Then it was aquatic extracted into different concentration to study the effect on seed germination and growth of cucumber. The results showed that all the 4 kinds of treatments promoted root development, seed activities and their morphological characteristics such as leaf area, plant height and stem diameter. Treatment E3 had comprehensive promotion result, and E4 had obvious effect on the lateral root development of the cucumber.
