摘　　要：运筹学与控制论专业是一个融合运筹学、控制科学和信息科学等多个专业为一体的新型交叉学科.在传统的课堂演示教学和实验教学以外,借助虚拟仿真技术构建的虚拟仿真实验教学,是提高学生实践动手能力的有力补充和有效途径.分析了虚拟仿真实验教学在高校运筹学与控制论专业人才培养过程中的优势,讨论了如何建设合适的虚拟仿真实验平台,为运筹学与控制论专业人才能力的培养奠定基础.Operational research and cybernetics specialty is a new cross-discipline composed of operations research, control science and information science. Except of the traditional classroom teaching and experimental teaching, the virtual simulation teaching and learning environment built by virtual simulation technology, are a powerful supplement and effective way to improve students＇ practical ability. Analyzed the advantages of virtual simulation teaching in cultivation of talents of operational research and cybernetics specialty in colleges and universities, and discussed the construct of the proper virtual simulation experimental platform, which can lay a foundation of cultivating students＇ practical ability in operational research and cybernetics specialty.
