摘　　要：时至今日,战略管理除了在企业发展中有着广泛的应用外,还在教育组织、政府机构、医院等非盈利机构内有着同样的广泛应用。但是,据课题组的调查,尽管学校战略管理重要,可学校战略管理依然是一个被学校管理遗忘的角落。如何进行学校战略管理,该文首先分析了学校应重视学校战略管理的原因,然后从学校愿景与使命、学校战略目标及学校环境、学校战略资源与能力分析和学校战略选择与战略绩效评价等方面,就如何实施有效学校战略进行了宏观剖析,一方面丰富了学校战略管理理论的内容,另一方面,也为学校战略管理的实践提供了方法指导。Broad application that at the present time,Strategic Management has in addition to in enterprise development,as early as government organization ,hospital ,education have same extensive use within organization.But,on the grounds of the in-vestigation that our problem forms,even though school Strategic Management is important,but,school Strategic Management is a corner the lethes is managed by school as before.How to carry out school Strategic Management,the main body of a book comply with school wish scenery with mission ,the school strategic objective,the school environment ,school strategy re-source have composed in reply and with ability analysis aspect such as school strategy choice and strategy achievement effect valuation.
