摘 要:本文除在先前对低压缩比直喷柴油机双壁面反射燃烧系统试验研究的基础上,扩展试验内容,以进一步验证该燃烧系统的优势和良好效果之外,着重对该燃烧系统的快速燃烧这一特征进行了试验研究。结果表明:采用该燃烧系统,在全工况范围内降低了气缸爆发压力和NOx排放,改善了低速油耗率和烟度排放,只是在高速区指示热效率降低,油耗率略有增加。通过外特性工况瞬时放热率在中高速区呈单峰趋势和累积放热率5%~70%对应的曲轴转角θ5~θ70范围内与原机有相同的燃烧速率,证实了低几何压缩比的双壁面反射燃烧系统仍具有快速燃烧的特征。In this paper, firstly some supplementary tests are performed based on previous tests on the low compression ratio "double wall reflection" combustion system of direct injection diesel engine for further verifying its advantage and effectiveness. Then the tests on the rapid combustion features of the combustion system are emphatically carried out. The results show that with the proposed combustion system adopted, the explosion pressure and NOx emission reduce in full working range with specific fuel consumption and soot emission improved, except the de- cline in indicated thermal efficiency and slight rise of specific fuel consumption in high speed region. The instanta- neous heat release rate curve shows a single peak trend in external characteristic condition and the combustion velocity in a crankshaft angle range of 05 - 070 eorresponding to an accumulated heat release rate of 5% - 70% is the same as in original engine. These validate the rapid combustion feature of low compression ratio "double wall reflection" combustion system.
