基层电大课程团队建设的探索与思考——以宁波电大《大学英语B》课程团队为例

摘　　要：面对激烈的市场竞争,提升自身的教育质量对于基层电大尤为重要。开展课程团队建设,深入教育教学改革,落实教学实施全过程,对于提升教育质量有着极大的促进作用。本文以宁波电大《大学英语B》课程团队建设实践为例,结合国内外研究现状,指出课程团队建设的必要性和重要性,研究基层电大课程团队的结构特征、目标任务及分工合作机制,重点分析了课程团队建设的运行成效。最后,就课程团队建设过程中存在的问题及困惑,提出了一些建议。Faced with the intense market competition, the grassroots TV Universities must promote the quality of education.It is a great promotion to the quality of education by developing curriculum team building, deepening the reform in education and teaching and implementing the whole teaching process. This paper, taking the practice of College English B team building in Ningbo Radio ＆ TV University as an example, points out the necessity and importance of curriculum team building; researches the structural feature, aim and mission, division and operation mechanism of curriculum team in grassroots TV universities; mainly analyzes the practical effect of curriculum team building; and in the end puts forward some suggestions to the existing problems in the team building practice.
