摘  要:利用岗位群的概念,对高职电气自动化相关岗位的岗位职责和岗位技能需求进行分析和归纳,以此为依据组织和实施本专业的技能竞赛。通过技能竞赛发现教学过程中存在的问题,并利用技能竞赛的方式引导竞赛参与者把岗位群中的核心技能作为实训课程体系构建的依据,以技能竞赛促进教学方法和手段的改革和"双师型"教学队伍的建设。Using the concept of Post Group and according to the analysis and summary of the electrical automation in higher vocational colleges of related responsibilities and job skill requirements, it is as a basis for the organization and implementation of the professional skills competition. It enable us to find problems in the teaching process through skills competition. Using the skills competition, it enable to guide contest participants to consider the core skills of post group as the basis of training course system construction. And it can promote the reform of teaching methods and means and the construction of "double type" teaching team.
