摘　　要：实践教学是培养生物学专业学生基本科研技能的重要环节。近年来,华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院在实践教学中积极开展教学改革,通过构建三级训练平台,改革实验课程教学方式,提高学生对实验课的兴趣。注重创新性实验课的开发和研究,将成熟的研究新技术引入到实验教学中,加强教师队伍建设等一系列改革措施,锻炼和培养学生的科研素质和创新能力,取得了很好的教学效果。Experimental teaching is an important link to the training of basic scientific skills and cultivation of creative ability for students of biology major. We have carried out experiment teaching reform by building three-level training platform,reforming experiment teaching methods to stimulate students＇ interest in the experiment. These measures include development of innovative experimental courses by introducing well-proved new technologies and strengthening the teaching staff to train and cultivate students＇ ability of research and innovation. As a result,very good teaching result was realized.
