摘　　要：实验室是学生完成课程实验、开展自主创新实践活动的主要场所,是组织和开展学科竞赛的主要基地。为了满足学生的不同需求,真正做到实验室有序的开放和管理,让学员在兴趣的驱使下开展实验,尤其是课程实验以外的创新实践活动,除了信息化管理系统的引入,实验环境的全开放,还有很多方面需要规划和完善。文中从实验室目前的运行情况、存在的问题及改进措施、产生的效果三个方面介绍了我校电路与测试技术实验室在管理过程中的经验及取得的成绩,希望能为高校实验室的规范管理提供一定的思路。Laboratory is the main place for the organization and conduct of academic competitions where the students can complete experiments courses and carry out independent innovation practice. In order to meet the different needs of students,and to be truly open and orderly there is a lot to plan and perfect except the introduction of information management systems and experimental environment wide open. students can conduct experiments in the interest of driving,especially innovative practice activities outside the course experiment. This paper introduces three aspects of experience and achievements of our school circuit and testing technology laboratory in the management process,including currently running of the laboratory,the existing problems and the effectiveness of measures,hoping to provide some ideas to the management of university laboratories.
