摘　　要：建构主义学习理论倡导在教师指导下"以学生为中心"的学习,计算机和网络通信技术的优势,适于实现建构主义学习环境。实施多媒体网络环境的英语写作计算机辅助教学模式,不仅可以提高学生的信息技术运用能力和英语写作学习能力,而且有助于增强词汇习得能力,促进英语听说读写水平的提高。Construetivism learning theory advocates ＂ students -centered＂ learning under the guidance of the teachers, the advantages of computer and network communication technology are suitable for realizing learning environment of constructivism. English writing mode of com- puter aided teaching in the multimedia network environment can not only improve the students＂ ability to use information technology and English writing learning ability, but also help to en- hance vocabulary acquisition and promote the enhancement of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
