高等旅游职业教育国际化酒店管理人才培养模式实证研究——以浙江旅游职业学院为例

摘　　要：在旅游全球化的背景下,我国高等职业教育也需迎接国际旅游市场对人才高要求这一挑战,因此高职酒店人才培养国际化势在必行。为培养适合区域经济和社会发展的,并具有国际视野的酒店人才,浙江旅游职业学院酒店管理专业本着借鉴与创新的原则,形成了独具特色的国际化酒店管理人才培养模式。Under the background of tourism globalization, higher vocational education in China should also meet the challenge of qualified talents for international tourism market; therefore it is imperative to cultivate the international hotel talents in higher vocational education. In order to cultivate the hotel talents with international vision who are fit for regional economic and so- cial development. Hotel management specialty in Tourism College of Zhejiang China bases on the principle of learning and innovation and forms a unique talents training mode of internation- al hotel management talents training mode.
