高职院校学生职业素养培养措施和途径探析

摘　　要：职业素养培养是高职院校培养人才过程中不可或缺的重要组成部分。文章论述了高职学生职业素养培养的措施和途径,强调职业素养培养要融入工学结合;加强校企合作,融入企业文化;顶岗实习,融入行业特点和强化模拟实训。提出了将专业课教育与职业素养教育相融合、学生思想政治教育和职业素养教育相融合、人文素质教育与职业素养教育相融合的途径。Professional qualities cultivation is an indispensable part in the instructional process in China＇s polytechnics. This article analyzes the possible measures and approaches for the cultivation of students＂ professional qualities, emphasizing that such cultivation should be embodied not only in the combination of field work and classroom instruction but also in corporate culture, induatrial characteristics and intensified simulated practice. It also puts forward an approach of professional qualities cultivation through the combinations of disciplinary coureses with professional qualities courses, ideological instruction with professional qualities cultivation, and humanities qualities with professional qualitiies.
