摘  要:目的探讨茶多酚对大鼠骨折早期愈合及TNF-α表达的影响,为茶多酚促进骨折愈合提供理论参考。方法选取90只大鼠进行茶多酚造模,随机分为两组,模型组45例只给予造模,药物组45例在造模后给予茶多酚干预,另外选取45只大鼠仅给予生理盐水干预作为正常组,比较三组的骨折愈合情况及TNF-α的表达情况。结果模型组与药物组在整个实验过程中,TNF-α结果均显著高于正常组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。TNF-α检测结果显示,药物组合模型组在第14天和第21天差异具有显著性,尤其是第21天,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.05)。模型组与药物组中组织中TNF-α的表达明显高于正常组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物组的TNF-α表达阳性率显著低于模型组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第3天,药物组与模型组的骨痂厚度及成熟度无明显差别,第7天开始,药物组的骨痂厚度大于模型组,并且出现了新生血管,术后14 d出现骨折端出现肉芽组织,纤维性骨痂开始形成,显著优于模型组。结论茶多酚对大鼠骨折早期愈合具有积极的促进作用。Objective To investigate the effect of early healing and TNF-a expression of tea polyphenols on rat fracture, tea polyphenols and provide a theoretical reference for promoting fracture healing. Methods A total of 90 rats were made model of tea polyphenols, were randomly divided into two groups, the model group 45 patients were treated only by modeling, 45 cases gave her tea polyphenols intervention in the model group, the other 45 rats were selected as normal saline intervention group, the expression of three groups of fracture healing and TNF-alpha. Results In the model group and drug group during the whole experiment, the results of TNF-alpha were significantly higher than those in normal group, there was statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). TNF-a test results showed that the model group, drug combination had significant differences in 14 days and 21 days, especially the 21 days, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Expression of TNF-α in model group and drug group organization in significantly higher than the normal group, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). The positive expression rate of TNF-alpha in drug group was lower than the model group, there was statistical significance (P〈0.05). The third day, the callus thickness drug group and model group and maturity had no significant difference, the start of the seventh day, the callus thickness of drug group was higher than that of the model group, and the emergence of new blood vessels, 14 days postoperative fracture appearance of granulation tissue and fibrous callus formation, significantly better than the model group. Conclusion Tea Polyphenols on rat fracture healing has a positive role in promoting.
