口腔修复患者牙齿磨耗与牙列缺损状况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析口腔修复患者牙齿磨耗与牙列缺损状况的关系。方法:对收治的102例口腔修复患者进行问卷调查与临床资料收集,结合牙科功能等级分类系统,分析牙齿磨耗与牙列缺损状况的关系。结果:男性患者与女性患者全口牙与磨牙功能面磨耗均数对比,差异显著(均P<0.05);上下颌≥10颗牙的牙列与<10颗牙的牙列,在全口牙、前牙、前磨牙等功能面磨耗程度对比,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且双侧磨牙≥1个咬合对数牙列的前磨牙等功能面磨耗程度,与无咬合对数相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:口腔修复患者的牙齿磨耗程度与性别、上下颌剩余牙齿数量以及双侧磨牙咬合对数有关,值得进一步探究。Objective： To investigate the relation of tooth wear and dentition defect in edentulous patients. Method： 102 edentulous patients were questionnaired,and clinical data were collected.The relation of tooth wear and dentition defect were analyzed by dental function classification system. Result： The differences of surface abrasion mean of features full teeth and motar teeth between males and females were significant（ all P〈0.05）. The differences in patients with teeth more than 10 in both upper and lower jaws,the anterior teeth and premolars were statistically significant（ all P〈0.05）,compared those with teeth less than 10 in both jaws.In patients with occluding pairs of molars more than 1 at both sides of the dentition,The differences of functional surface abrasion degree of premolars were statistically significant（ all P〈0.05）,compared those without occluding pairs of molars at both sides of the dentition. Conclusion： Functional surface abrasion degree in edentulous patients is related with gender,the number of teeth and occluding pairs in the dentition,and it is worth further study.
