摘 要:自古至今人才管理都是组织发展的重要命题,中国传统文化典籍对此也不乏论述。如古代兵书《六韬》和《三略》都有大量的文字论及人才管理之道与选择人才的标准等等。其人才管理之道强调的是情同意合,人才管理之法强调的是"爱人""钓人""崇礼""重禄",人才管理的目标是"务揽英雄之心",人才管理的要求是正己树人,人才管理的境界是得人才之心,就选择人才的标准,两书共分析了四十多条的内容。这些内容虽然为古代大贤所述,但其应用价值于今仍然很高,很多思想和方法在现代人才管理中甚至可以直接使用。Talent management is an important topic to the development of organization in all ages. For example, there are a lot of text on the way of talent management and the standard of talent selecting in the ancient art ofSix Arts of War andThree Treatises. As the principle of talent management, it emphasizes the accordance of both parties mentally; as the method of talent management, it emphasizes on“loving talent”“using preferential treatment to recruit talent”“advocating etiquette”and“giving high stipends”; as the goal of talent management, it is to gather talents; as the requirement of talent management, it is to set good examples to others; as the realm of talent management, it is to obtain the allegiance from talents. As for the standard of talent selecting, more than forties items are analyzed in both books. Although these contents are proposed by ancient scholars, the application value of them is very important up to the present, and most of them could be put into the practice of modern talent management directly.
