德国高职教育国际化发展的经验借鉴

摘　　要：以应用科技大学为主体的德国高等职业教育,在经济全球化、欧洲一体化背景下,传承"双元制"等优秀办学传统,吸收国外高等教育的合理因素,通过建立教学质量保障体系、开展技术应用性研究、改革学位学制、开发国际课程、吸引外国留学生等,不断开拓海外教育服务市场,实现了国际化发展。借鉴其国际化经验,提升中国高职教育国际化水平,要抓住国家推行对外投资战略的契机,构建国际化职业资格认证体系,打造中国高职教育品牌,建立境内外校际交流的留学生机制。Under the background of the economic globalization and European integration, German higher vocational education, with FH as its main part, inherits such excellent school-running tradition as ＂dual system＂ , absorbs reasonable factors of higher education abroad, and continuously expands its overseas education service market by constructing teaching quality guarantee system, carrying on technology and application research, reforming academic degree system, developing international courses, attracting foreign students, etc., to realize its internationalization development. In order to improve the internationalization of higher vocational education in China taking the German experience as a reference, this thesis proposes to seize the opportunity of the government＇ s promotion for investment abroad strategy, construct internationalized professional certification system, build the brand of Chinese higher vocational education, and establish the mechanism for exchange students between domestic and overseas higher vocational schools.
